The best SEO services, the best SEO expert, everyone is looking for, everyone wants to be. I spend some time in twitter talking with friends, following interesting people, following trends… and recently I see how the number of people offering SEO services has increased dramatically… it is huge! and not ready to slow down the growth of this quantity of people and companies offering the precious SEO service. It is simply crazy.
Days ago, I've got a call, it was my cousin and he asked me if I can teach him SEO because he wants to provide with this service to companies, because he knows that the number of companies requiring SEO services is also unstoppable and he sees a good opportunity to make money working as a SEO expert!
Ok that's fine, it's my cousin, what can I say?, I guess, I need to teach him, but let's face it… I don't have time to teach anybody, so suppose, I will just give him an advice, some tips, a list of the usual techniques and tell him "Good luck!" you are on your own now! Go and play the SEO guru! :)
Here I list some of the usually employed SEO Techniques:
I am not going to extend with comments or descriptions about each of those techniques, you need to find out yourselves, sorry guys, no time really.
- Link building,
- Article distribution,
- Site template,
- Sitemaps,
- Alt-text on images,
- Title meta tag,
- Keyword density,
- Blogging,
- Social bookmarking,
…
Those are the first I remember for now :), make your own research about each of them, and apply them to your project, you should start having decents results.
However, I want to say, please do not think that these are the only requirements or steps to have a well ranked website in google… there is more work to do and a good combination and application of the techniques above can bring you good results in the long term, and these will only work if you work hard and constantly.

As I started saying in this article above, everyone wants to make SEO because they think it is an easy way to make money, maybe is true, maybe is not, but I want to warn people (SEO customers) about these practices resulting on a real waste of money and time because you can easily be served by a newbie or let's say a 'SEO WANNABE' and obviously you will never see the results you expect.
So my recommendation to these SEO customers, verify, verify and verify with who you are planing to work with!
